Detailed Project Report for Bhadrachalam Group of Temples

We were entrusted with preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the development of the Bhadrachalam Group of Temples in Bhadradri Kothagudem District, Telangana State, under the PRASHAD Scheme of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. Our team conducted comprehensive feasibility studies, site assessments, and stakeholder consultations to create a robust plan that aligned with the scheme’s objectives. The DPR focused on enhancing tourism infrastructure, preserving cultural heritage, and improving visitor experiences while ensuring sustainability. This project showcased our expertise in blending cultural preservation with modern development, delivering a roadmap that balanced tradition and progress. Our work has set the foundation for transforming Bhadrachalam into a world-class spiritual and tourist destination.

Project Proposals Under Swadesh Darshan Scheme

We developed comprehensive project proposals under the Challenge Mode of the Ministry of Tourism’s Swadesh Darshan Scheme (Government of India) for multiple sites across Andhra Pradesh. These included Munchingput, Nagarjuna Sagar, Vanjingi, Dallapally, Ahobilam, and Vadapalli. Our proposals focused on enhancing tourism infrastructure, promoting cultural heritage, and boosting local economies while ensuring sustainable development. By conducting detailed site assessments, stakeholder consultations, and feasibility studies, we created tailored plans that aligned with the scheme’s objectives. These projects highlight our expertise in transforming diverse locations into vibrant tourist destinations, contributing to regional growth and preserving India’s rich cultural legacy.

PDMC for Sustainable & Responsible Tourist Destinations

As part of the Swadesh Darshan 2.0 Scheme of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, we partnered with INI Design Studio to provide Project Development and Management Consultancy (PDMC) for the development of sustainable and responsible tourist destinations across India. Key locations included Gandikota and Araku-Lambasingi (Andhra Pradesh), Colva and Porvorim (Goa), Dwarka and Dholavira (Gujarat), Kumarakom and Beypore (Kerala), and Sohra and Shillong (Meghalaya). Our work involved creating detailed master plans, ensuring environmental sustainability, enhancing cultural heritage, and improving tourism infrastructure. By integrating innovative design and sustainable practices, we aimed to transform these destinations into world-class tourist hubs while preserving their unique identities and promoting local economies.

Selection of Developer for Plug & Play Industrial Park

We played a pivotal role in the selection of a developer for the development of a Plug & Play Industrial Park at Dandumalkapur, Telangana, in partnership with Ernst & Young and the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC). Our work involved designing a transparent and competitive bidding process, evaluating proposals, and ensuring the selection of a developer aligned with the project’s vision of creating a state-of-the-art industrial ecosystem. This project aimed to boost industrial growth, attract investments, and provide world-class infrastructure for businesses. By leveraging our expertise in project advisory and stakeholder collaboration, we contributed to the successful initiation of a project that promises to drive economic development and create employment opportunities in the region.
